Shipping, Handling & Care

We ship from the USA with secure, insured packaging. Small and medium parcels typically arrive within 3–7 business days; larger or fragile furniture may require white‑glove freight (timelines vary by location).

  • Packaging: double‑boxing, corner protection, and eco‑friendly fillers where possible.

  • Special Handling: glass/porcelain and mirrors receive extra padding and “fragile” handling.

  • Care: we include basic care notes (dusting, polish type, humidity guidance) with each order.

Returns & Support

Because antiques are unique, we encourage you to review photos and measurements carefully. If we make a material error in description, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. For vintage‑inspired (new‑made) items, standard returns apply per store policy.
