Are your items truly antique/vintage?
We use widely accepted definitions: Antique ≈ 100+ years, Vintage ≈ 20+ years. Pieces labeled Vintage‑Inspired (Antique Valley Collection) are newly made in traditional styles and always marked as such.

Where do you source items?
From trusted dealers, estates, regional auctions, and small workshops honoring traditional craft. We select for craftsmanship, condition, story, and practicality.

Can you authenticate an item’s exact age or maker?
We provide our best professional assessment. Provenance is noted when available; otherwise we describe materials, construction and era indicators with transparency.


Condition, Photos & Measurements

How do you grade condition?

  • Excellent – minimal age wear; fully functional.

  • Very Good – light patina/surface wear; structurally sound.

  • Good / “As‑found” – visible wear/repairs; priced accordingly.

  • Vintage‑Inspired (New‑Made) – new, crafted in traditional styles.

Can I get more photos or a video?
Yes—request extra angles, scale shots next to common objects, or a quick walkthrough video.

Color/finish looks different on my screen—why?
Displays vary. We edit minimally and always include multiple angles in natural light to represent pieces accurately.


Holds, Offers & Trade

Will you reserve/hold an item?
We can hold for 24–48 hours on request while you confirm measurements or freight.

Do you accept offers?
On one‑of‑a‑kind antiques we price fairly; respectful offers are welcome. For Vintage‑Inspired items, promotions may apply during sales.

Do you work with designers or trade accounts?
Yes—apply for Trade/Designer access for curated pulls, volume pricing, and project holds.


Shipping, Handling & Delivery (USA)

Where do you ship from and to?
We ship from the USA to all continental states (AK/HI quotes on request). International shipping available by quote.

How much is shipping?
Rates are calculated at checkout by weight, size and destination. Oversized/fragile items may require freight or white‑glove service (quoted after address is provided).

How long does delivery take?

  • Small/Medium Parcels: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Freight/White‑Glove: usually 1–3 weeks depending on destination and carrier scheduling.

Is my shipment insured?
Yes. We insure parcels and freight for the item’s value.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Save all packaging, take photos of the box and item, and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll file a claim and arrange repair, replacement (if applicable), or refund.


Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

  • Antiques/Vintage: typically final sale due to uniqueness and age. If we made a material error in the listing, contact us within 7 days.

  • Vintage‑Inspired (New‑Made): returns accepted within 7–14 days (unused, original packaging). Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before shipment. Once a carrier has picked up, cancellations aren’t possible. Freight orders may incur a restocking or carrier scheduling fee.


Payments, Taxes & Duties

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax where required by law. The amount is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

International orders—duties & taxes?
For exports, import duties/VAT are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. We’ll provide the necessary commercial invoice.


Safety, Care & Use

Can I serve food/drink with vintage kitchenware?
Unless a listing explicitly states food‑safe, treat vintage ceramics, glass, and metalware as decorative only; older finishes may contain materials not compliant with modern standards.

How do I care for wood, metal or brass pieces?
We include care notes with each order (dusting, appropriate polishes, humidity tips). Avoid harsh chemicals; test cleaners on an inconspicuous area first.


Custom Sourcing & Gifting

Can you find a specific piece for me?
Yes—send us your dimensions, style, material, and budget. We’ll scout and propose options.

Do you offer gift wrap or notes?
We can include a handwritten note and gift receipt (no pricing). Request this at checkout.


Privacy & Support

Is my information secure?
We use Shopify’s secure checkout and never sell your personal data.
